How does per-seat pricing work?

Each person who wants Pro features pays $10/month for their own seat. Free users can still be invited into Pro workspaces and collaborate — they just use their own plan's features.

Can free users join a Pro workspace?

Yes. A free user can be invited to a Pro user's workspace and collaborate on items, comments, and sprints. If they want AI suggestions, GitHub linking, or other Pro features, they upgrade their own seat.

What happens if I hit the free limits?

You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Your data is never deleted — it's always there waiting if you upgrade later.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you downgrade, you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Which plan includes GitHub integration?

Pro. GitHub integration lets you link pull requests to items, see PR status inline, and track commits alongside your planning work.

What does Venril AI do exactly?

Venril AI helps with sprint planning (suggest what to pull in based on team velocity), task fill (auto-generate descriptions and story points from a title), and comment summarization (condense long threads into key decisions and action items).
