Which plan includes AI features?
Every plan includes Ask Vai, guided Vai playbooks, and monthly AI credits. Pro raises the monthly allowance, unlocks more embedded workflow automation, and enables connected agents over MCP. Max raises usage again and adds the Vai action agent, schedules, and triggers.
What is the difference between Venril AI and Vai?
Venril AI is the built-in automation layer for focused workflows like sprint planning, summaries, and task autofill. Vai is the conversational surface for workspace questions and guided playbooks. On Max, Vai can also use audited tools to create and update work for you.
What can the Vai agent change?
On Max, Vai can create and update tasks, subtasks, comments, and sprints, and link pull requests inside the selected workspace. Batch task changes require approval. Destructive tools such as deleting tasks are not available to Vai.
How are Vai actions controlled?
Vai only operates inside the workspace you selected. Safe single changes can run immediately, batch task changes pause for explicit approval, and each tool call appears in the agent activity log. Usage is metered against the Max plan's monthly AI credits.
Does Venril AI connect to my code repository?
Not by default. Built-in AI runs on your planning data - tasks, comments, sprint history, projects, and assignments. Connected external tools are a separate Max capability.
Do I need to write prompts or configure models?
No. The product ships with the workflows already built. You use the controls in context and Venril handles the underlying model routing.
